BPD SELF-ASSESSMENT
Diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) according to the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) you must be asked at least the following 9 questions.

The general consensus is that you need only score 5 out of 9. This is a great start in identifying whether you are suffering from BPD as opposed to other conditions.

If you can identify what is bringing you pain then you can begin to heal and learn to manage your condition. I actually prefer to hear the striving stories post BPD treatment. There are many I can assure you. The ability to feel to deeply is a gift in ways many would be surprised to know.
