KOSA Mardi Gras Pet Costume Contest & Parade Info and Application
Event Timing: Friday, Feb 6, 2026
Registration: Begins at 3:00, Costume Contest at 3:30, Winners announced at 4:00

$15.00 Minimum Donation for each pet entered

  • This is a walking parade....NO GOLF CARTS.... wagons, buggies, etc are okay.
  • Pets must be current on all vaccinations
  • NO animals in heat
  • Dogs must be on leash with ID tags during costume contest and parade
  • Pets must be comfortable with children, loud music and large crowds
  • NO political promotions
  • Walkers under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult
  • Pet owners MUST clean up after your pet; waste bags will be provided at check-in
  • Check in at staging area at Drews Hall (St Andrews school (corner of 15th and Beck)
  • Costume Contest and Parade entry fee is $15 minimum donation – NO REFUNDS
  • Pet parade lineup begins 4:15
  • Pet parade begins 4:30

Be sure to notate that it is for the Pet Parade Registration
Checks made payable to KOSA to Krewe of St. Andrews, PO Box 16791, Panama City, FL 32406 
must be received before Jan 30th.
