CMS Websites Parent Permission 2017-2018
As you know, CMS students participate in a 1:1 computing model with Macbook Airs. In addition to online textbooks, many teachers use a variety of web based tools for instruction, as resources, and for assessment. Some of the web sites require accounts and for users to be at least 13 years old, or to have parental permission if they are not.

We are seeking permission for your child to access and use the following sites if teachers choose to use them in classroom instruction and projects. As technology is always evolving, other sites may be added throughout the year. If that should occur, the individual teacher will contact you for permission.

Please complete the form below to provide permission for your child to participate in these online learning environments.
