ATTENTION: Groups taking workshops will get first priority on available dates. If you are registering for school year 2025-2026 please consider enhancing your trip with an educator led workshop for the best chance at getting your preferred date.
Please note: Due to capacity restraints we will be limiting Self-Guided field trips during the months of April and May to 3 groups/classrooms per day, and will be limiting groups on Thursdays to only those taking a workshop.
Please complete this form to request a Field Trip or Group Visit to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. Pre-registration is required for all groups of 10 or more people visiting on any day of the week.
All requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your requested visit date(s). Requested dates and times are subject to availability. We will notify you via email when your scheduled visit is confirmed.
After you've submitted a request form, we will process your request within five business days. Once we've booked your trip, we will send you a confirmation email.
Your field trip or group visit is not confirmed until you've received this email confirmation.
