Fundraising Charity Partner Application - Beat the Heat 2026

This application is to be completed by nonprofit organizations seeking to be added to the list of charity partners for event fundraising donations.  

How to Add your Charity

1. Complete this application. Steps 2-5 occur after acceptance as a Charity Partner.

2. Upon acceptance, additional information will be provided, including instructions for setting up payment information on RunSignUp to receive direct payments and providing charity logo files. 

3. Recruit race participant to fundraise for your charity. Fundraisers are expected to raise a minimum of $100 for their respective charity. (Registration begins on April 1.)

Note: Eligible charities are nonprofits with local impact in the NC Triad region, excluding political organizations, religious programs and organizations with reputational risk. Non-proselytizing faith-affiliated organizations may be accepted.
