Closing the Gen-GAP
To equip seniors with the understanding of different behavioural differences across all age groups and avoid stereotyping to form generalization that causes breakdown in communication. Participants will learn how to enhance their interpersonal relationships by understanding and adapting to different communication styles, fostering better connections with friends, family members, and colleagues of various ages.

  • Understanding emotional and behavioural changes in adolescents, adults and seniors
  • Recognizing generational traits and preferences
3.Effective Communication Techniques
  • How to communicate with clarity and passion
  • Tailoring communication styles to suit different age groups 
4.Bridging the Generation Gap
  • Practical techniques to overcome communication barriers and stereotyping
  • Building empathy and understanding between generations
  • Strengthening relationships with family, friends and colleagues
5.Practical Application and Skills Practice
  • Role play and hands-on activities
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
1.Recognize emotional and behavioural differences across age groups.
2.Communicate clearly and with confidence when interacting with people of different ages.
3.Apply techniques to effectively bridge communication gaps between generations.
4.Improve relationships with family, friends, and colleagues through enhanced understanding and      
   empathy.
5.Adapt communication styles to suit the needs and preferences of different age groups.
