Please provide some information about your company and the product that you sell. This product can be handmade items or items related to a Direct Sales Company. JPAA and Hughes Elementary would appreciate a $25 table fee and a donation item from your company which would be raffled off. $5 from your table fee and a portion from the raffle items will be donated to Valley Children's Hospital Oncology Clinic and the Suite to Eat Program in honor of Hughes Elementary second grader, Zoya Hafiz. Zoya has been battling nueroblastoma since a very early age and was just given the news that she is cancer free!
