TEXAS VEGFEST Shifts - Day of the Event *
There are 4 different volunteer shifts available the day of the event. if you are volunteering the day of the event, you may choose to work one or all of the available shifts. The more shifts you work, the more raffle tickets you receive at our volunteer appreciation party! Volunteers at all shifts must allow 30 minutes before and after their shift(s) for travel or delay in shift change.

VOLUNTEER WORKDAYS *
Our team hosts a volunteer workday at  a local nonprofit the second Saturday of the month between 8am and 1pm. It's a great way to give back to our communities, meet other volunteers, and strengthen our team! 

Are you interested in receiving details about our volunteer workdays?  

Participation for as many workdays as possible is suggested so we can have a larger impact, but not required. 
NEW VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE ROLES *
To keep Texas VegFest running well into the future, we are expanding our volunteer team and created new volunteer committee roles. 

We are looking for volunteers to  help be a part of Texas VegFest year-round, for the date itself, and to help with intermittent tasks that may come up throughout the year. 

To help keep in line with our mission statement and ensure that Texas VegFest is around for years to come, we're asking for volunteer help with Texas VegFest, Fundraising, Outreach, Volunteer Coordination, and Administrative tasks.

NEW VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE ROLES *
Our new volunteer committee roles are available for year-round positions, for date specific events only, and as rapid runner positions helping with tasks that come up last minute and do not take long to complete.

T-Shirt Size: *
All Texas VegFest Volunteers receive an official volunteer shirt (unisex)! Volunteers must provide their final shirt size 4 weeks before the event to ensure correct size in current tear shirt. Volunteers that do not submit their shirt size in time will get a previous year's volunteer shirt in the closest size.
