CCIH Members: Share a Story or Resource

Thank you for your interest in sharing what you have learned from your work, as well as information and resources you think would be helpful to other CCIH members.

A main part of CCIH’s mission is to foster connections between members, encourage fellowship, information exchange, and partnerships among Christians and allies working in health. We can’t do this without you; so we appreciate your interest in engaging and sharing stories and resources. 

We created this form to help CCIH members know what type of information and stories to share. We also want to know how CCIH has impacted and supported your work so we know how to help even more!

If you are sharing an operational practice you find beneficial, please explain it briefly so we can reach out to you for more information. Please include a brief description of the practice, why you implemented it, and how it has helped.
If you are sharing a resource, an upcoming event, class or training, please share a link (if available) and a brief description of the resource. 
To share a story about a project, a partnership or your organization’s work, please explain below what you would like to share. Please include the problem you are addressing (why you provide the service or care / program), partners involved and briefly what you have learned from this experience, which can include how the work has helped others or what challenges you faced. (Answers should be approximately 100 to 150 words. We will reach out to you for more information for the article.) 
Did CCIH play a role in your story? Did we provide a resource, technical assistance, help make connections, or other advice or support that helped in your work? If so, please briefly explain.

Do you have photos to share? Please let us know and we will reach out to you for the files to include with the article. We will ask for a brief description of the activity and people included in the photo (if appropriate). Please send photos as file attachments, and do not paste them in a Word document.
