The 13th Annual Family Fair - Saturday, March 11, 2017. Vendor Registration

We are now accepting registration for our 13th Annual Family Fair - 2017. Due to limited space we have been forced to set a cutoff of 45-50 vendors. Spaces will be filled on a first come first serve paid registration basis. Family Fair is an informational fair on various topics related to parents, children, child care providers, educators, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens. Family Fair 2017 will give you an opportunity to showcase your organization as a vendor by providing information and resources to families in Caroline County and surrounding areas.

Family Fair draws about 300-500 people for this annual educational event.

To reserve your vendor space, please submit a non-refundable "EARLY BIRD RATE" (until February 17, 2017) $15.00 fee for the table/space/seat/breakfast/lunch and also provide a door prize for our participants valued at $25 and above. (door prizes will be collected and labeled after you have set up your table)

NEW THIS YEAR - Some vendors prefer to bring their own table, we can then provide the space with a chair. Please select your option when you register.

    Family Fair 2017 - VENDOR CHECKLIST

    Please be sure to mail the non-refundable EARLY BIRD RATE $15.00 registration fee (BY FEBRUARY 17, 2017) or your sponsorship of $50, $250, $500, $750, or $1,000 for Family Fair 2017 indicated on the registration form above. If you chose one of the sponsorship's, please email the ad in a word document format, that you want in the program to Susan Gayle sgayle@ccps.us The DEADLINE for EARLY BIRD RATE vendor registration/fee/sponsorship is February 17, 2017 or when tables fill up. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve paid registration to the first 45-50 vendors. These spaces will fill up quickly. VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE AFTER 2-17-17 DEADLINE WILL BE $25.00.
