St. Martin's 2017-18 Volunteer Form
Each family is required to provide twenty hours of volunteer service to St. Martin's as detailed in the Enrollment Agreement. The opportunities below help to fulfill these required hours. There are both PFA and school volunteer options on this form. We would love to have grandparents or other family members volunteer, too!

Please know if there are multiple people who sign up for the same position, it is not guaranteed the position or opportunity is specifically yours. We need to make sure we give as many people the ability to volunteer as possible. There are so many ways to help support and make this year a great year! Thank you in advance, everyone!

Please check all areas where you can help and complete this form on or before September 26, 2017.
