Family Paths Room Rental Application Form
Applications are accepted year-round. Rental is available weeknights after 5pm and on weekends, with some availability during weekdays. Building has attached parking lot for 20 cars at off-peak times (after 6pm weekdays and on weekends).

Rental fees are $75/hour with a 3-hour minimum. We offer a 10% discount to non-profit organizations for 8+ hours. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required two weeks before the booking.

Renters will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance (proof of coverage) naming Family Paths, Inc. as an Additional Insured.

Submitting an application does not guarantee the space is available. Our Facilities Manager will be in touch within 72 hours to go over your application and confirm your rental.
