The festival brings together local coffee shops, roasters, tea shops, specialty drink businesses, artisans, makers, and retail vendors, and our community for a fun day of tastings, shopping, and friendly competition—all while supporting Hope Found's mission.
PEOPLE'S CHOICE: BEST SWEET TREAT
Bakery and sweet treat vendors who choose to participate in the People’s Choice: Best Sweet Treat competition will be required to provide complimentary, bite-sized samples of their competition entry for festival attendees to taste and vote on.
Hope Found will provide participating vendors with an estimated number of samples needed closer to the festival, based on anticipated attendance.
Hope Found will have small foil liners available for samples if needed. Vendors are also welcome to provide their own sample cups, liners, or other appropriate serving materials.
Your competition item does not have to be finalized when you submit your application; however, your final selection must be submitted to Hope Found by November 1, 2026.
VENDOR FEES
Providing complimentary samples only and not selling items: FREE
Selling food, treats, merchandise, or other products: $75
Artisan, maker, and retail vendors are considered selling vendors and will pay the $75 vendor fee.
Participation in People’s Choice: Best Sweet Treat is optional and does not determine your vendor fee.
VENDOR SETUP & REQUIREMENTS
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and other booth setup items.
Drink & Food vendors will be given priority placement under the pavilion as space allows. Artisan, maker, and retail vendors will be placed along the sidewalks.
Each vendor may use up to a 10' x 10' space. If your setup requires less space, please let us know below. Providing accurate setup information will help us create the best possible festival layout and make the most of the available space.

PROMO CODES
Would you like a special $5 OFF promo code to share with your customers? Vendors may request a personalized promo code that will be included on your digital marketing materials for you to share with your customers, followers, friends, and family.
NEED EXTRA HELP?
Want to participate but worried about having enough staff? Hope Found volunteers may be available to assist at your booth.
Please indicate on your application if you anticipate needing volunteer assistance. Requests should be submitted as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.
FESTIVAL GIVEAWAYS
Festival guests who complete and turn in and/or submit their People’s Choice voting card will be entered into a drawing for festival giveaways!
To help us create some fun prize packages, participating vendors are invited—but not required—to donate an item, gift card, or product from their business to be included in the giveaways.
Donation ideas include gift cards, packaged treats, candles, soaps, artwork, home goods, flowers, gift baskets, or another item unique to your business.
Please avoid donating sized apparel, such as T-shirts, since we will not know the winner’s size.
