During the 2025-26 school year, we will offer before (AM) and after (PM) school care for children enrolled in kindergarten through sixth grade at all Acton-Boxborough elementary schools.
SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENROLLMENT. Capacity in the programs is limited due to staffing and space constraints; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please read all questions thoroughly and answer accurately. If you complete this form incorrectly, we may not be able to accommodate the schedule you need.
The form consists of the following:

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Before School: 7 a.m. - School Start
After School: School Dismissal - 6 p.m.
REGISTRATION FEE: There is a $35/child or $60/family non-refundable registration fee. The registration fee will be charged when your child is offered a space in the program. Payment is due within two weeks of invoicing.
TUITION:
Tuition is charged in 10 equal payments. Below are the Monthly Tuition Rates for the 2025-26 school year:
*An additional fee of $75 per month will be charged for all children who attend four or fewer afternoons per week and one of those is a Wednesday early release day. This is not applicable for those who attend every afternoon (five afternoons per week), or for children whose only afternoon is Wednesday.
June Payment
We require that the last payment for the school year (for June 2026 care) be paid in advance; this fee is non-refundable. You will be billed for June 2026 at the time of your child's admittance to the program. Payment is due within two weeks of invoicing.
Invoices
Invoices are sent on the 15th of the month for the following month's care. For example, September invoices will be emailed on August 15th. Payment is due by the 28th of the month. Late fees are assessed if payment is not received on time.
WITHDRAWAL & SCHEDULE CHANGES:
If you would like to change your requested schedule in the time between submitting this form and being offered a space, please resubmit this form.
After your family has been offered a space, all schedule changes must be submitted via the online schedule change request form, available on our website.
Requests must be submitted by the 10th of the month if you wish to change your child's schedule (add/reduce days) or if you want to withdraw from the program effective the following month. For example, if you wish to change your child’s enrollment on November 1st, you must notify us by October 10th at the latest. Schedule changes (including withdrawals) for the start of school are due no later than August 10th via our form. Please note, schedule increases are subject to space availability.
If you are withdrawing your child from the program, you will be responsible for tuition during the notice period, and your June 2026 payment will be retained. Should your child’s schedule increase during the school year, you will be charged the incremental increase for the June payment, which is held as a non-refundable payment.
Please note: Extended Day is intended to be a full-year commitment. This registration form is for families who need regular weekly coverage and who commit to a predetermined set schedule. We allow one schedule change free-of-charge each school year; additional changes will incur a $20 schedule change fee.
