Order form for customized tumblers. Turn around from time payment is received to completion of tumbler 6-8 wks. This time frame does not include shipping time.
Once order is confirmed, invoice will be sent via Square to your provided email address. Payment is due by the stated date on the invoice. Invoices will be cancelled if payment not received within that time frame.
Your tumbler will not be placed in the queue until payment in full has been received.
Returns are not available. Refunds are available up until tumbler has been started. Once work has begun on your tumbler, refunds are not available.

We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused during shipping but we will work with you to make it right! Shipping available only for continental US

One design change is permitted per order. Additional changes will incur additional charges.

If you are ordering multiple tumblers, you'll need to fill out a form for each individual tumbler.

For those ordering solid colored non glitter design, I try to keep glitter from migrating onto solid colors. But work is done in a glitter palace so there may be a few small specks of glitter that inadvertently get on the tumbler.
