Middle School Interest Form
This is the first in two steps to gain entry into an Innovation Pathway at Bourne High School.  This form is designed to gather information about your interest in an Innovation Pathway.  

Bourne High School is excited to offer students three DESE-designated Pathways: Business & Finance, Health Sciences, and Life and Environmental Science.  

We also offer several building-based Pathways that follow the same parameters as the DESE designations:  Arts & Communications, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Government and Public Administration, and Public Safety.

ALL pathways are open to all students without a capacity limit.  Final acceptance into one of the four programs will be determined at the end of grade 9.  A second and more substantial application must be submitted at that time.
