Penn 1vyG Volunteer Form
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!

Hello Penn Students! Please fill out the form below to sign up for volunteer shifts for the 2018 1vyG Conference. 1vyG is the largest conference for FGLI students in the world and this year it is being hosted at Penn. We're expecting nearly 600 students, alumni, administrators, and speakers from 22 different schools and we really need your help keeping it all organized!!! Please sign up for volunteer shifts below.

**** indicates that the shift is full. Please do not sign up for these shifts or write comments in the short answer boxes. Those boxes are just there as a filler. They are not meant to hold additional comments.

Once all volunteer slots have been filled, all volunteers will receive emails within the first two weeks of February with the location, more instructions, and the contact information of their shift captain. Most volunteers shift will take place in the Pearleman Quad area (ARCH, Houston, Irvine, Williams, College Hall). After you sign up for a shift, please wait approximately 48 hours for an email from the 1vyG Planning board with your official volunteer shifts assignments.

As a volunteer you will also be required to sign up for an info session a week before the conference to go over logistics and responsibilities. We can answer any of your questions during that time. You are highly encouraged to attend a volunteer information session in order to learn more about the responsibilities of volunteers at one of the following times:
- Monday, Feb 12 at 7pm in JMHH 250
- Wednesday, Feb 14 at 8pm in JMHH 286

1vyG Committee members, please sign up for at least 3 shifts.

Other Penn students, sign up for as many or as few shifts as you would like to.

Responsibilities: Lead a student discussion group of 15-20 students with guided questions. You will receive questions beforehand. 25 volunteers are needed.
