TAMPA Mezzo Market - Fall 2026 Vendor Application:

TAMPA Mezzo Market — Fall 2026 Vendor Application

Hi everyone! We hope you’ve been enjoying your summer :)

Applications for all of our Fall 2026 dates are now open, covering all events we host between October – December 2026.

Please take a moment to read through the entire application, including all vendor rules and policies in the checklist section. We've made some updates, so it's important that everything is reviewed thoroughly before submitting your application for review. Thank you!

Applying for St. Pete too? St. Pete dates require a separate application — linked on our website and Instagram!

Don't forget — our application for Mezzo Market at Halloween on Central is still open! This one's a special collaborative event outside of our regular dates, taking place on Sunday, October 25th, 2026 on Central Avenue in Downtown St. Pete. You can find the vendor application link on our website and Instagram!

About Mezzo Market

Mezzo Market is a curated outdoor small business market held on select dates during our season October – May in St. Pete and Tampa, FL. Our Tampa markets take place at Willa's in North Hyde Park! Each event we host in Tampa features 100+ small business vendors selling vintage goods, handmade wares, clothing, art, plants, jewelry, food + drinks, and more! The vibe is always amazing at Mezzo Market and we have an incredible community of small business vendors and local patrons to thank for that!

Types of Vendors We’re Looking For:

We're looking for local, handmade, and artisan-made products across categories including:

  • Art & Prints — paintings, prints, stationary, digital art
  • Pottery & Ceramics — handcrafted, hand-thrown
  • Clothing & Accessories — local brands, upcycled/reworked, embroidery
  • Curated Vintage — clothing, home decor, furniture, art & accessories
  • Jewelry — handmade & artisan
  • Wellness & Self-Care — skincare, soap, self-care products, personal fragrance
  • Plants & Florals — fresh, dried, and living
  • Food & Treats — artisan baked goods, snacks, hot sauce & specialty foods
  • Candles & Fragrance — small-batch, hand-poured
  • Leather & Fiber Goods — leather goods, macrame, fiber art

What You'll Need to Participate if Selected

1. Vendor fee: Due upon acceptance, Invoiced via Square, Prices you see are due PER EVENT for accepted vendors. Excludes fees

  • $175 (10x10 tent)
  • $350 (mobile space, 20 ft or under)
  • $350 (10x20 double tent)

2. Your own setup — a clean, functional 10x10 tent (white straight-leg preferred), tables, tablecloths, tarps, displays, product, card reader, and cash on hand (if you choose to accept cash), and anything else you need for your market setup. We provide the space, organization, and advertising to make each event a success, but DO NOT supply any electricity or supplies for vendors.

3. Tent weights — mandatory, 20–40 lbs each,  minimum 2 per leg (8 total per 10x10 tent).

4. Promote!! We absolutely love when accepted vendors help spread the word on social media — whether by sharing our custom event graphics (sent closer to each date), posting their own content, or a mix of both. It's a great way to let your community know that you will be at Mezzo Market and also promotes your business at the same time, since we do our best to repost content that we’re tagged in leading up to events! Our marketing efforts are truly a team effort!

How to Apply

All vendors — new or returning — must complete this application to be considered. Each application period is a clean slate. We do not automatically roll over vendors from previous dates/seasons or assume interest.

Apply for one date, two, or all. Applying for every date isn't required for acceptance, but you're welcome and encouraged to! Please simply apply for all dates you are interested in vending.

Applications will be open AUGUST 3RD - AUGUST 24TH, with August 24th being the last day to apply for consideration for our Fall 2026 markets. Starting August 25th, any applications received will automatically be placed on the waitlist for the dates applied for.

When You'll Hear Back

We curate multiple events at once, so acceptance and waitlist emails are sent on a rolling basis — not all at once.

  • All Fall 2026 acceptance + waitlist emails will be sent between August 7th - August 28th.
  • Interested vendors who applied between August 3rd - August 24th, will know the status of all of their Fall 2026 applications no later than August 28th.
  • If you're accepted for one or more dates, your acceptance email will include payment due date(s) and instructions on how to pay. Please pay on time — we always have an extensive waitlist, and any accepted vendor who misses the payment deadline will unfortunately forfeit their spot and may not be considered for future markets. If you're able, we recommend paying as soon as you get your acceptance email and invoice, just so it doesn't slip your mind!
  • We'll reach out to waitlisted vendors if spots open up.

Key Dates

Applications open: August 3rd at 10am

Last day to apply: August 24th at midnight (applying after this = automatic waitlist)

Acceptance/waitlist emails sent on a rolling basis: August 7th - August 28th

Payment Due Dates (accepted vendors only)

November 7th: payment due SEPTEMBER 28

December 5th: payment due OCTOBER 26

If accepted, please pay on time to keep your spot — a $15 late fee applies after the deadline, and invoices still unpaid 3 days past the due date will be canceled, resulting in forfeiting your space for that event. If you can’t make a market you were accepted for, please let us know via email ASAP. Vendors who repeatedly miss payments or don’t communicate may not be considered for future events.

A Note to all Applicants:

Mezzo Market is not a first-come, first-served event. While we encourage interested vendors to apply promptly, early submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Our team thoughtfully curates vendors for a balanced, diverse lineup each time. If you are not accepted, please know it is not a reflection of your business or your value—it’s simply part of maintaining the overall vision and experience of the event while working with strict space limitations.

Thank you for your interest in vending with us!
