15 Zenith Residents Survey
NOTE: THIS SURVEY IS FOR RESIDENTS LIVING AT 15 ZENITH CLOSE ONLY. Please don't complete this survey if you don't live in this apartment block.

This is a survey for us all living at 15 Zenith Close to capture how the ongoing fire safety issues are impacting us.

It has been put together by a group of us living in 15 Zenith Close, who are volunteering our time to work with the Residents Association to protect all residents against potential huge costs and timescales associated with fixing the building. The group is also coordinating fundraising with the intention of instructing a lawyer to protect all our interests.

You can find out more about the current situation on our dedicated website: https://15zenith.co.uk/

You can donate to our shared legal fund (and check on its progress!) at: https://www.gofundme.com/f/15-zenith-fund

And you can contact the Residents Association with any questions on zenithclose@gmail.com

Purpose of this survey
There are lots of impacts of the fire safety issues on our building, from people not being able to sell their homes through to negative impacts on mental health and wellbeing.

We want to hear your voice - how is this situation impacting you, your future plans, your wellbeing?

Not only can our stories be used as we go after Notting Hill Genesis and/or Hill Group, it will help us all also support each other through this incredibly difficult time by seeing if there are any resources and services that would be helpful for people.

Thank you kindly for taking the time to complete this survey, which can be done anonymously if you prefer. It shouldn't take any more than 10 minutes of your time.
