READING & INTERPRETING THE OLD TESTAMENT - Clint Barron
This class will cover New Testament passages that shed light on the general interpretation of the Old Testament and provide help in sorting out how the Gospel helps us understand the trickiest passages in it. The class will explore 6 different ways the New Testament treats the Old Testament, which the Church has historically used to deal with passages. Then look at the ways Jesus changes the way the Old Testament is read regarding uncleanness, sacrifices, laws, historical atrocities, and the promises made to the Israelites. With any time left we will go over more technical questions regarding the Old Testament’s organization and its own history.

MARRIAGE - Megan Wall
It takes time and effort to learn how to walk out marriage the way God intended it to be. This class will explore God's design for marriage, and equip couples to apply scriptural principles to their own lives. It will be a good mix of conceptual and practical teaching.

PARENTING - Jon Bailes
Parenting is challenging no matter which generation you ask, but there are some unique challenges to parenting in 2018. This fast paced culture that pressures parents to perfectly schedule their child's entire life is exhausting. This class is going to work through the simplicity and purpose of parenting from a scriptural perspective.

FOUNDATIONS OF FAITH - Bob Butler
There are so many ideas and opinions about what the life of a follower of Christ should look like. Jesus modeled a life of simplicity as He gave us an example to follow. This class will look at the foundations of our faith modeled and taught by Jesus, and how the scriptures, as a whole, point to the same central ideas.

SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES - Taylor Vernon and Megan Kelly
Spiritual Disciplines are a way to follow Jesus into His own practices, intentionally placing ourselves into the pathway of God’s love, as a means of training ourselves for godliness and growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This class will explore the ways Jesus modeled these practices, and look at practical ways to implement them in our own lives.
