Bridgeport Book Bash August 19th
Hello all! The Bridgeport Arts Alliance is excited to be hosting the Bridgeport Book Bash, an All-Genre signing and author Q&A event being held at Trumbull Marriott on August 19, 2023.

This form is to secure your spot! All genres welcome!  

$225 table fee will include one assistant, author breakfast, lunch and afterparty. Additional meal package may be purchased for assistants for approximately $75. Attendees will be responsible to buy their own beverages and/or meals Friday evening.

Dates: August 18th & 19th
Room Block: $129 per night

Tentative Schedule:
7pm-9pm Author Networking Event (Hotel Bar)

8:30am-10:30am Author/Vendor set up and breakfast
10:45am: Author Picture
11am-12pm:  VIP Hour
12pm-1pm: VIP Luncheon with Authors
1pm-4pm: GA Event
5pm-6pm: Author Q+A Panel
8pm-11pm: After Party Party + DJ + Dinner

Tables and all meals included in fee for authors. Authors may add on meals for assistants.

We are very excited you want to join and we are striving to bring great culture to the beautiful city of Bridgeport. There is nothing like it in this city and we saw the need for it and hope that it will bring you new readers and friends.

Fees and deadlines:
There will be a non-refundable table fee (plus PayPal fees). An invoice will be sent via PayPal once official invite is sent. A non-refundable deposit of $75 will be required to hold your table and your name will be announced as a signing author. Please keep in mind that there may be opportunity for shared tables, we will iron out these details once we get the final word from the hotel. Full payment for the table is due July 31st.

After spots are filled, this form will act as an author waitlist to fill any spots that become available should anyone need to cancel.
