This registration does not guarantee that you will be in the cohort.  In this initial phase of the cohort, only 4 churches will be participating.  Prior to acceptance into the cohort, there will be a brief interview.  Also, you will be required to develop a group of 4 people to participate in this cohort (you and three others from your church).  
I understand that should my church be selected, in order to participate,  there are costs associated with this work and our investment is required.  I also understand that there are partial scholarships available to assist, as well as payment plans to complete our church's commitment to this cohort and the work we are doing. *
