The Waterfront Rodeo is a public coffee café and internet café, open Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During these hours, the venue operates as an active café serving guests.

Because of this, private events are not generally scheduled during café hours.


Event Timing Policy

  • Private events may take place between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM (some conditions apply)

  • Requests outside of these hours require a full venue buyout and special approval

  • All event requests are reviewed individually and must align with venue operations

During these hours, The Waterfront Rodeo operates as a public café and internet café. The space is open to walk-in guests, serving coffee and small bites, and maintaining a calm, work-friendly environment. Closing or partially closing the venue during this time disrupts daily operations and the guest experience.

Can I book a private event in the morning at all?

Morning events are not typically available. In limited cases, a full venue buyout may be considered to accommodate staffing, lost café revenue, and operational impact. Buyouts require advance notice and approval.

What does a “venue buyout” mean?

A buyout reserves the entire space exclusively for your event and compensates for the café being closed to the public. Pricing and availability vary based on the date, time, and scope of the request.

Why are events mainly scheduled between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM?

This timeframe allows the café to operate as intended during the day while giving events the space, setup time, and atmosphere they require — without interruption to regular business operations.
