The UICUF FAST Fund is paused as of 4/24/24 while we raise more money. We do not currently have a re-open date but will announce when we do.

In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to apply for the Dean of Students' U & I Care Fund. They have more resources and a quick response time, so we will will prioritize students who are ineligible for or have already applied to U & I Care.

All students can apply for U & I Care funds as long as you haven't received emergency grants from UIC during the current semester. You are eligible for U & I Care if you've used all of your financial aid (including loans) and have costs related to the following things:
- Overdue rent and utilities (i.e. eviction notice, utility disconnection notice)
- Medical, dental, or mental health emergencies
- Books, school supplies, or other school related expenses
- Replacement of belongings lost in a fire or natural disaster
- Safety related needs (i.e. changing locks, short term emergency shelter)
- Travel related to the death of an immediate family member
