BWMHC Membership Form 2025

Membership in the Blue Water Miniature Horse Club is open to all individuals who own miniature horses or have an interest in and appreciation for these animals. Ownership of a miniature horse is not a requirement for membership.

Membership fees for the Blue Water Miniature Horse Club are due annually by January 1 and remain valid until December 31. To retain voting privileges, memberships must be paid by October 1 of the current year.

To qualify for end-of-year awards, memberships must be paid prior to the first club show.

Open Show Points Program sign up and fees due May 1.

Memberships may be purchased at any time before Oct 1; however, they will still expire on December 31 of the same calendar year.

Membership Details for the Blue Water Miniature Horse Club

Individual or Family Memberships

Cost: $25.00 per year.
Voting Rights: Individual memberships grant one vote; family memberships grant two votes (restricted to adults 18 years or older).
Additional Benefits: Includes one copy of the monthly newsletter and discounts on some programs.

Important Deadlines: To retain voting privileges, memberships must be paid by October 1 of the current year.
To qualify for end-of-year awards, memberships must be paid prior to the first club show.

Definition of Family: Includes parents/guardians or grandparents with minor children (aged 17 and under).

Youth Memberships

Cost: Free for youth under the age of 18 as of December 1, 2024.

Voting Rights and Benefits: Youth memberships do not include voting rights, the monthly newsletter. Youth members wishing to receive these benefits must pay the regular membership fee of $25.00.

Canadian Memberships

Cost: $30.00 per year.
Voting Rights: Entitles one family to two votes (restricted to adults 18 years or older).
Additional Benefits: Includes one copy of the monthly newsletter and some program discounts.

Definition of Family: Includes parents/guardians or grandparents with minor children.
