Spring Recital 2020 Volunteer Preference Form
MDU relies on the assistance of many dedicated volunteers to provide a high-quality performance experience for your children!  We encourage every family to become involved with our volunteer program and welcome any contribution you are willing to make.  Please indicate your choices for any of the items listed below that you are interested in and check the shows for which you are available.

Filling out this form does not obligate you to volunteer in any capacity.  At the appropriate time, we will email you with more information about the opportunities you have expressed interest in.

Please complete this form by March 1st as we would like to place as many volunteers as possible before regular ticket sales begin!  Thank you for your involvement with your child at MDU!

Class Mom:  Class moms ensure that children are safe and accounted for when not on stage.  Check for proper attire and escort children to and from the stage for their performances. *

Usher: Escort ticket holders to seats, sell programs/yearbooks, open doors for intermission.  Only 8 volunteer ushers are allowed per show. *

Sewing: Minor alterations or costume construction on Costume Alteration Day and/or at the Dress Rehearsal. *
Steaming: Steaming tutus during your child's class time during In-Class Dress Rehearsal week and/or at your Viterbo Dress Rehearsal *
