The event will be held indoors, tables and chairs will be provided. Set-up will begin at 8:30 a.m and continue until the event starts at 10:00 a.m. You do not need to arrive at 8:30 if you only need 30 minutes to set-up, feel free to arrive when needed for your set-up. Clean-up will begin at 3 p.m. All vendors will be responsible for cleaning up what they have brought in. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site. Due to regulations we are unable to have food vendors sell food inside the facility. Food vendors with carts or trucks that can be set-up outside are okay to register. We are hoping for fair weather, but please make sure everyone in your group wears weather appropriate clothing for Eureka in October, the auditorium can be chilly with people going in and out.
Registration payment is due at the latest by Tuesday, October 1st.
