CPT Conference 2026 - Volunteer Form
We have space for a limited number of volunteer spots at our 2026 conference. Volunteers will receive free registration and the opportunity to attend each conference session. Volunteers will be selected based on maximum availability to assist in set-up, tear-down, and intra-conference needs (registration assistance, room maintenance, etc.) Completing this form does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer; approved volunteers will receive an email indicating acceptance and providing free conference registration.
