We are sorry you have had to cancel your trip to Japan. In order to receive a refund for the JR East Pass, Pocket WiFi rental and Yasaka Shuttle transfer please fill in the form with all the information needed and we will process the cancellation of your order.

Due to the high volume of cancellation requests, the refund procedure is taking a longer than usual, so please bear with us and we will process your cancellation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For any travelers who wish to cancel their order and obtain a refund, cancellation charges will apply. Customer who would prefer a credit note, you will receive a credit note for the total value of the order with no administration costs. The credit note is valid until 15th September 2021. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all cancellations, a cancellation request form must be submitted no later than the 30th June 2020.
In the form, you must state if you would prefer a refund or a credit note.


Credit Notes
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
- If you opt for the credit note this credit note will be for the total value of the order, including shipping fees, with no administration costs. All elements of the order must be returned or a cancellation form submitted.
- The credit note will be valid until the 15th September 2021 you will be able to use this any products from Japan Experience’s website.
- If the value of your new order is greater than the value of your credit note, you will need to pay the difference.


Japan Rail East Pass

- The JR East Pass can only be refunded if it has never been exchanged at a JR exchange office in Japan.
- JR East Pass is only refundable once the pass has become invalid; Three months after the issue date.
- If you request a refund a cancellation fee of 15% of the value of the pass, will be retained (unless you purchased the JRP Assistance).
- No refund is possible for a pass for which the date of validation has expired.
- No refund is possible for a lost or stolen pass.


Pocket WiFi

-To get a refund or credit note for a pocket Wifi order you will need to request a cancellation one week before the start of the rental. Past this date, you can no longer get a refund or credit note for a Pocket Wifi. There is a 10% cancellation fee that will be applied to the refund.


Yasaka Shuttle Bus Transfer

- To get a refund or credit note for the Yasaka Shuttle Bus transfer from Kansai airport you will need to request a cancellation one week before your pick date in Japan. Past this date, you can no longer get a refund or credit note for the Yasaka transfer. There is a 10% cancellation fee that will be applied to the refund.
