Earn While You Learn with SunWork
3C-REN has partnered with SunWork to bring this unique paid, hands-on installation opportunity to the Central Coast for licensed contractors and employees of licensed contractors. 

SunWork is a nonprofit working in California's Central Coast that installs rooftop solar and heat pump water heaters (HPWHs) with the help of trained volunteers. When participating in this program, you will work alongside a skilled SunWork installer to assist with a HPWH install. First time eligible participants will receive a $300 stipend, returning participants will receive an additional $299 stipend when concluding their second installation.
