DC Public Library: Public Program Proposal
Programming at DCPL is designed to engage the community in informational, cultural, and educational forums and opportunities that transform perspectives and empower lifelong learning. The DC Public Library welcomes program suggestions; more details about the programming and the program submission process are available at: http://dclibrary.org/programs

Please note that the library schedules programs a minimum of three months prior to the event date. We will review all proposals and contact you if we are able to accommodate your proposed program.

The DC Public Library requires that organizers obtain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and name the District of Columbia and the DC Public Library as an additional insured for all events that include physical activity such as yoga, zumba, tai chi, dance classes / rehearsals, etc. The Library reserves the right to require insurance for other activities deemed a risk by the agency. Insurance requirements are subject to change at any time.
