RV Donation Intake Form - RV4CampfireFamily
This form is to gather information from people who have an RV, travel trailer or 5th wheel that they would like to donate to a family from Paradise CA that has lost their home. Please complete the form and one of our volunteers will be in touch with you as soon as possible. We have filed for 501c3 non-profit status in CO and are awaiting an IRS determination. If it is approved we will be able to issue letters for tax deductible donations retroactively. For donors requiring immediate tax deductible donation letters please email us for information on how to obtain a letter from our partner organization.

Is your RV ready for Paradise? We request that donors have a mechanic complete inspection and maintenance of their vehicle to ensure that it will be a home not a burden to its new family. Please check the below boxes indicating that you will address these issues before sending to Paradise.
