To request a group visit or tour at The Image Centre, please fill out the form below. We strongly recommend filling out this form a minimum of two weeks prior to your requested date.

Filling out this form is NOT a confirmation of your visit or tour. After your request is received, an IMC staff member will be in touch to confirm your visit.

Cost: The Image Centre is always free.

About IMC exhibition tours:
  • Tours are approximately 45-60 minutes in length.
  • Tours are led by volunteer Docents.
  • Groups should be a maximum of 30 people. If your group is over 30, we can split the group and arrange multiple tours.
About IMC group visits:
  • Group visits do not include a guided tour; however, upon request, visits may include an introduction to the exhibitions in the Great Hall by a Docent or IMC staff member.
  • Participants explore the exhibitions self-guided.
  • Group visits should be a maximum of 100 people.
