Concordia University of Edmonton's Faculty of Management Call for Interest ~ Winter 2019 ~ Contract Academic Teaching Staff

The MISSM/MISAM department of the Faculty of Management at Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) is seeking to build a resume pool of qualified contract sessional academic instructors to teach courses in the Winter 2019 term and beyond. These courses are offered contingent upon enrollment review, budgetary considerations, and prior satisfactory teaching. In addition, all applicants must have at least a master's degree and need to be legally able to work in Canada and may be required to complete a background check if not previously employed by CUE.

How to Apply & Deadline
Step 1: Enter your preferences for teaching into this Google form.
To apply to teach any of the scheduled courses respond to the questions in this form and submit your responses by Oct. 30th, 2018 at 4:00 pm. For each course indicate 'yes' if you wish to be considered in the applicant pool for that course. There is a question at the end that will allow you to comment on which course(s) are your priorities.

Step 2: Email your current resume and a cover letter indicating the course you feel qualified to teach to:

Teaching Assignment Decisions
We thank all people for applying but only those offered a teaching contract will be contacted. The majority of teaching assignment decisions for the term will be made sometime in November, 2018. Instructors are paid on a Salary Scale where remuneration is based on highest degree achieved.
