5th Grade Band Sign-Up 2024-25
This form is for current Paulding 5th grade students who are interested in joining band.

After completing this form, your son/daughter will have the opportunity to be fitted for an instrument.  Completing this form is just the first step and lets your student meet with a band director to see/try the instruments that most interest them.
