The additional cover selected is for the entire nursery year from your child's start date, until the end of term and will be added to any other costs and annualised costs into monthly payments across the year. 
Short term use of this service may be available but should be discussed with the finance administrator in the office in the first instance.

GAP Sessions: If you would like your child to start at the nursery prior to their funded start date and from their 3rd Birthday until their funding gets paid, then please tick this box. The cost for 5 weekly sessions is £35 and £3.00 per day for the hot lunches, total £50.00. The cost for over 5 sessions is £45.00 and £3.00 per day for the hot lunches total £60.00. *

This will be based on their chosen funded pattern. 

1 session = one morning or one afternoon session; a full day counts as 2 sessions. 

This will be inclusive of Spanish lessons and event fee. Upon commencement of their funded place the cost will reduce to the event and Spanish costs only. 

This rate is a flat rate regardless of the number of days in the week (i.e holidays). 

If your child is in for a full day or afternoon session during this interim period you will be required to purchase a hot meal at a cost of £3.00 per session.
Fees will be totalled for the year and then spread over the monthly payments from the month your child starts attending the nursery. 

If your child is in the 2's class and then moves up to the 3's over the course of the year these costs will also be added and spread over the year to create an affordable monthly cost. 
You will receive notification with your monthly amount payable once your child's place at the nursery has been confirmed. 

ONE MONTHS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO TERMINATE ANY OF THESE ADDITIONAL SERVICES. 

You will continue to be liable for payment for the service until the end of the notice period. please note this will be 1 full calendar month and is exclusive of holiday periods i.e we must be notified of cancellations during term time and within 1 month of term time left before your cancellation date.
PLEASE NOTE: Changes to this service will incur an administration fee of £10.00, payable at the point of change.
