EducationUSA center at USIEF Chennai invites you to an information session on studying "Short Term Study Programs in the U.S." on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the American Center, 220 Anna Salai, Chennai 600006.
The speaker for this session is Dr. Matt Greenberg, Assistant Director - Visiting International Student Program (VISP) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He will speak about short term study programs available to international students in the U.S. and share specific examples of programs at his university.
As we are located inside the American Consulate, please follow the entry regulations given below to enter the building:
Every visitor is required to bring an original, valid Government-issued photo ID like driving license, passport, voter ID, etc. Photocopied, laminated ID cards will not be accepted. The security guard will retain this and return it when the visitor leaves the building. Each visitor must bring an independent ID card. In case, the visitor is an American citizen, please bring your passport for entry into the building.
Visitors below 17 years of age should bring their valid, original school or college photo ID card and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
Entry will be through the gate located on Cathedral Road.
Please do not bring any electronic equipment (No laptops/i-pad/pen-drive) except your mobile phones. The security guard will collect your mobile phones for safe keeping and return it when you leave.
Vehicles cannot be parked at the entrance or near the Consulate.
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for security processes.
