Assumption of Liability - It is understood that under Oregon Law ORS 30.687-30.697, no person shall be liable for damages sustained by another solely as a result of risks inherent in equine activity, in so far as those risks are, or should be, reasonably obvious, expected or necessary to the person injured.The adopter shall assume all liability and responsibility for the Equine from the effective date of the Adoption Agreement. The adopter agrees that by accepting the equine that they assume full liability and responsibility for any injury or expense that may be incurred by any person or equine.Any damages to any property by the Equine shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Mustangs MEND, its employees, agents, representatives individually and collectively, from and against all claims, demands, causes of action, costs, charges, and expenses of every kind and nature, caused by the adoption of the Equine. *
