I have agreed to play airsoft at RIOT AIRSOFT LTD and I sign this document in consideration of being given the opportunity to engage in this activity. 

I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT:

The game is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play. The games may be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated rules. I am fully aware of the risks of injury to myself, and others involved in playing and will read/listen to the site safety rules and briefing.

 I CONFIRM THAT:

1.  I will never under any circumstances, deliberately shoot anyone in the face or head. 

2.  I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in this activity and agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions. 

3.  I will comply with all site rules and use all equipment as instructed so as not to injure or hurt others and I will obey all directions and instructions by marshals and staff. 

4.  I will wear suitable eye/face protection and will not remove it under any circumstances while in a game area, they may only be removed in the safe zone at my own risk. 

5.  I understand the rules and safety instructions relating to pyrotechnics. 

6.  I accept the recommendations for wearing long sleeves, long trousers and suitable sturdy footwear – NO trainers. 

If I decide to ignore these recommendations, I do so at my own risk. 

7.  I agree to obey the FPS, power limits and engagement distances and will allow you to check my equipment on site.

8.  I agree to leave the site quietly and forfeit my fee if the management deem me to be a danger to myself or others.

9.  I agree to pay attention and stay quiet throughout the safety brief every time I am on a RIOT AIRSOFT LTD site and understand this is for mine and others safety.

RELEASE:

I hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitations that I might have against RIOT AIRSOFT LTD and the owners of property which the game is being played on. I make this release on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, assigns and administrators.  As well as being responsible for handing back all rental equipment and any debts generated whilst playing airsoft/target shooting at this location i.e. Site fees/BBs/hire of equipment/damage or loss. 

By signing this waiver, I fully agree that the company has taken all reasonable and practicable action to protect my health and safety.  I accept that this declaration is valid for the entire calendar year within which it is made. *
