Public Comment
The public may address the Board pursuant to established procedures. Please fill out a white card available at the entrance and indicate which agenda item you wish to address. Speakers may be called in the order that requests are received. While all-time limitations are at the discretion of the Board President, generally members of the public will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes per speaker for a total of twenty (20) minutes of public comment per agenda item.  The Board may take any questions or comments into consideration. The Board may, at its discretion, refer a question or a matter to District staff or calendar the issue for future discussion. No action shall be taken pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3.
