GDFC D&I* Survey 2024
As the year comes to an end, the club would like to take this opportunity to check in with all of our members to understand your experience with us and help us improve going into 2025.

GDFC strives to be an inclusive club where everyone can feel welcome, but we know that there is still work to do to achieve this. To this extent, we encourage everyone to fill out this form. Even if you don't think an incident was serious/didn't affect you - we want to collect as much information as possible to get a better sense of any issues that we need to address at the club.

** Please note - the responses to this form will be seen by the D&I reps (Adday and Liz), and potentially the committee chair (Gaia) if we feel that responses need to be escalated **
