Join Rabbis Jenna for a unique experience as we holistically care for ourselves - mind, body, and soul through text study, exploring different wellness practices, and connection to Jewish ritual and wisdom.

We will increase our awareness to what is real and true for each of us as we navigate our world.  We are excited to cultivate a space for quiet reflection, thoughtful introspection, healing, and meaningful connection.
