All events are a minimum requirement of $1,000 BEFORE tax, gratuity, and travel fee (if applicable.) INCLUDED in the $1,000 minimum is a $250 fee for the chef and $150 fee for the assistant, for up to 20 people. Additional people will require additional chefs/assistants depending on guest count.  *

Details must be finalized and we must receive payment in full 1 week prior to your event. If any changes are made within less than 1 week prior to event, there will be a $50 last minute add on fee.  *
Buffet is to be served no more than 15 minutes after the chef is finished cooking. If there is any delay there will be a charge of $30 every 15 minutes, per staff member.  *
Chef will arrive approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes early to set up.  15 min max wait time for sit down - Chef will start cooking with or without guests. From the start of cooking to the end takes approximately 1 hour and 30 mins. Once the chef is finished cooking and everyone is finished eating, staff will immediately clean everything up and leave.

Buffets have 45 minutes to eat after the chef lets customer know he’s ready and done cooking. After the 45 minutes we will start wrapping things up.  *
