St. Joseph Event / Meeting / Fundraiser Request Form
Purpose: To provide a standardized planning and approval process for all parish events, fundraisers, and meetings. The event should further the mission of the parish: Strengthen faith, outreach, Faith education, Faith formation, general information, and more.

To allow time for approval and promotion, please submit this request as early as possible, and at minimum, 6 weeks prior to the start of events. Reference the fundraising policy for the fundraiser process: http://stjosephgrafton.org/policies-and-forms. Most requests should be submitted at calendar planning time in May. Regularly scheduled events and fundraisers must be reviewed each year.

There are three main sections:
1) General planning and Contact information
2) Facility scheduling information
3) Financial planning information for fundraisers
