To allow time for approval and promotion, please submit this request as early as possible, and at minimum, 6 weeks prior to the start of events. Reference the fundraising policy for the fundraiser process: http://stjosephgrafton.org/policies-and-forms. Most requests should be submitted at calendar planning time in May. Regularly scheduled events and fundraisers must be reviewed each year.
