Hi everyone,
As we prepare for this year's Canadian Flowers Week (Aug 17th-23), we want to sincerely thank everyone who supported promoting this effort in previous years. Your generosity helped make the celebration a success and showcased the incredible quality of Canadian-grown flowers while supporting the independent growers, florists, and businesses that make our floral community so special.
With the help of Heather Henson (Boreal Blooms, AB), Sarah Dowst Kistner (Stone Meadow Gardens, NS) and Nancy Ganden (Ganden Gardens, ON), and Courtney LaRocque at Unicorn, we're beginning to organize this year's prizes for Canadian Flowers Week Instagram giveaways and would be delighted to have you involved again. There is absolutely no expectation to contribute, but we want to extend the invitation and, more importantly, thank you for the support you've shown in the past.
If you are interested in donating a prize this year, please let us know! We'd welcome any ideas you have for how you'd like your business to be featured or promoted during Canadian Flowers Week. Our goal is to make this event as valuable as possible for everyone who participates.

For 2026, Natasa Kajganic, founder of Canadian Flowers Week and Toronto Flower Market, will be stepping back from her years of work and development with CFW to pursue new projects. Becky Feasby of Prairie Girl Flowers will also be moving on to other projects this year. Thanks Becky and Natasa!!
As we start the roll out for CFW 2026, this seems like a good moment to look back and realize we're now in the 9th year of this all-volunteer effort to celebrate Canadian flowers.
