Artists & Cyber Alley - $85 for 6′ x 5′ OR $65 for 3′ x 5′ (half table)
For artisans to showcase their own work; and for advertising/promoting online/digital artists, e-publishing, web series, etc.(Any works sold must be the vendor’s own original work or be based on their original work. Artist vendors should also be able to demonstrate their art process to attending members e.g., through the creation of new works while on site, through a video demonstration of the creation of new works, etc. Cyber vendors are expected to provide samples of their production e.g., through examples of concept art, video clips, video stills, etc.)

GENERAL NOTES• $40 of each space reservation is allocated towards the full weekend membership and is non-refundable. Refunds for the non-membership portion of your payment are only available until September 15th.• There are limited quantities of each space option available. All vendors are allowed a maximum of 2 spaces. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in any specific category.• If you are approved, you will be sent an invoice. Once your invoice has been paid, you will receive a registration code for your memberships• If we must put you on the waiting list, we will inform you promptly. If you are eventually approved, you will be expected to pay for your space and attend the convention. If you do not wish to accept your space, you must inform the Vendors Liaison (email@example.com) immediately.• All vendors are expected to manage their tables on all days of the convention while the vendor hall is open. Exceptions may be made, on a case by case basis, if you must leave early on Sunday for logistical reasons. If this applies to you, please discuss your situation with the Vendor Liaison well before the convention. Any vendor with a reserved space who fails to attend all days of the convention without the express permission of the Vendor Liaison or proof of an unavoidable emergency will be banned from future participation as a VCON Vendor.
