Unsettling the Canon - Submission Form
Unsettling the Canon comprises a participatory bibliography and collection of texts on themes of indigeneity, colonization, and racism: resources for understanding and combating systemic oppression and white supremacy; decolonial and inclusive methodologies for education/arts education; and alternatives to the dominant (Eurocentric, white supremacist, cis-gender, patriarchal, heterosexual, colorist, ableist) art canon.

Use this form to suggest a text to add to the bibliography. Please provide as much information as possible (Author, Title, etc.) including how to access the text (is it available online, in the Flaxman Library, etc.). If you have a PDF of the text that you would like to make accessible, email it to unsettlingthecanon@gmail.com.

Example: "Empower yoself before you wreck yoself : Native American feminist musings" by Melanie Fey and Amber McCrary (available as a zine in the Joan Flasch Artists' Book Collection), or "White Rage: The Unspoken Truth of Our Racial Divide" by Carol Anderson (will send PDF)
