This form is for applying to be the Sanctioning Committee Chair for Taekwondo Manitoba. It's designed to gather information about your experience and qualifications in event organization, knowledge of World Taekwondo rules, safety standards, and tournament management.

Instructions:

2. Describe your relevant experience and knowledge in each area.
3. Submit the form by February 4th, as late submissions will not be considered.
4. The Taekwondo Manitoba Board will review applications on February 7th.
5. The successful candidate will be announced on February 12th.
