Men's Peer Support Group Registration
Thank you for registering for this peer support group!
At Health Promotion Programs (HPP), our mission is to intentionally cultivate a culture of wellbeing that provides comprehensive programming for all dimensions of student life. We are here to support you every step of the way. We are all yours!

Your commitment is vital in creating a meaningful and collaborative experience, so we appreciate every effort to attend! 🌟

Event: Our Men's Peer Support Group is a welcoming and supportive space where men can come together to explore personal growth, build connections, and redefine what it means to be a man in today’s world. Through thoughtful discussions and interactive sessions, we address topics like social media’s impact on identity, understanding and expressing emotions, navigating relationships, and embracing self-care as a courageous act.

Each week focuses on a unique theme, starting with a Social Mixer to set expectations and foster a sense of community. From there, we dive into meaningful conversations about the pressures of social media, the importance of emotional expression, the dynamics of healthy relationships, and the role of physical activity in mental wellness. This group offers a safe space to share experiences, learn from each other, and support one another on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Join us as we create a community where men can grow, thrive, and redefine their paths in life.
