When you submit the form: 1. you give us permission to contact you on your phone to get more details or directions, and later on update you on the status of the rescue operations; 2. give us permission to do what we think is right in the interest of the animal which may include breaking open doors, gates, etc. and also gain entry into premises; 3. confirm and agree that you do not hold us responsible for the safety and life of the animal, notwithstanding the fact that the animal will be accorded our highest priority and our best efforts for safety and wellbeing; 4. you will reclaim possession of your pet as soon as the flood situation has stabilised and you have occupied your premises; 5. cover all costs pertaining to the transport, wellbeing and care of the animals after you have been notified of time to take back the animal.
